The current state of the primary morbidity in the Ternopil region. The character and features of spatial and temporal variations in incidence. The structure of primary morbidity inhabitants of the region and its changes over the years 2004-2013. The main causal factors that determine the level of morbidity. The signs of restructuring of primary disease, due to the aging population of Ternopil region. Established that differentiation of primary indicators morbidity in the administrative districts of the region caused by: structural factors (varying proportion of the elderly); unequal financial situation of residents of districts, and therefore unequal accessibility to health services; unequally efficient operation of health facilities in the districts due to different levels of logistical and human resources to support them. Also in the article indicated the need to develop comprehensive programs for the preservation of health, aimed at promoting health and extension of the duration of treir life.
