The essence of morphodynamic spatial territory landscape analysis, which understood as the specific method of the positional-dynamic structure of the research area, and a way of determination the landscape envelope discrecity, is described in the article. Such analysis, together with plastic relief method, is thought as the key theoretic-methodological and practical constituent of positional-dynamic territory structure exploration for the purpose of working out landscape-planning actions and adaptive-landscape system of nature resource management optimization. Taking into account such credence, the «paradynamic landscape system» is defined as the well-ordered totality of facets combination which have its origin and development strong correlation. Such system is thought as an area with a unilateral vector of connections that could be characterized through tight conjugation, similar assortment, and intensity of natural processes. The paradynamic landscape system consists of morphodynamic elements which determine its formation and future functioning. An entry axis (a paradynamic axis), a transit stripe, a critical point, and an appearance point (an impact stripe) as the key morphodynamic elements of any paradynamic landscape system are mentioned, mapped, and briefly characterized on the example of the forest-steppe complexes of the Left-Bank the Dnipro river of Ukraine territory. At the same time, the appearance point is distinguished within the watershed facets combination and is thought as the area of paradynamic connections formation. The critical points have the most considerable quantity of the entries because of its slope position. The transit stripes (or a regulation point) are typical for the terrace and plane area, and has low speed of natural process. The entry axis is formed by channel and flood-lands facets combination. The conceptual basis of morphodynamic spatial territory landscape analysis directed to landscape planning tools implementation and landscape-planning actions elaboration at the local level is mentioned.
