The purpose of this article is to determine directions for the creation of digital cartographic basis for the normative monetary value of the settlement. Defined legal framework and peculiarities of formation of the income in the exercise of normativnih monetary valuation of the settlement. Described the procedure for the normative pecuniary valuation of settlement. Set objectives in the application of geographic information that allows: 1) automated collection, processing and systematization of the initial data (as a map, and semantic); 2) analysis of information (methods of spatial analysis to calculate areas of objects, their length, and perimeter; using the overlay and buffer analysis to determine density distribution of the separate estimates; the construction of cartograms and orthodiagram in the definition of the integral quality index of the territory; application of the method of contour lines, the interpolation of results); 3) search, sorting and sampling of the results of monetary valuation of individual land plots; 4) training and rozgrywane of monetary valuation through the use of printers and plotters. The necessity of the application of geographic information systems as a modern technology that allows you to connect model picture site (electronic display maps, charts, space, aerosolyary the earth's surface) with attribute information. Determined that the creation of digital cartographic basis for conducting normative monetary evaluation of the database is formed in accordance with the land, urban planning, spatial, and cost characteristics of settlements. It is established that an electronic cartographic basis for the normative monetary evaluation allows integration with existing software and to obtain a reliable estimate, given the spatial, urban planning, land and other characteristics.
