The entering of educational complex of Ukraine as equal in rights partner to World educational system is the aim which cause of community performing and improvement of international authority of the state. As far as the educational complex of Ukraine consists of higher, secondary and preschool education so it is necessary to research not only the high education but the secondary and preschool ones. The secondary education mast guarantee the quality of higher one because on the basis of knowledge which was received by pupils during school study it is build the knowledge of higher school. Mapping of secondary education development in Ukraine is considered. It is described 2 primary paradigms of development, structure and functioning of Ukrainian educational complex. Methodological bases of mapping of secondary education development are worked out and the series of maps which represent this development are presented. There are offered four types of maps which would comprehensively characterize the secondary education complex in Ukraine. The task, the aim and the demands for these maps are defined.
