The scientific and practical significance of the geologistics characteristics of the region through an integrated approach is defined in paper. The main component and functional aspects of the geologistics characteristics of the region through an integrated approach are substantiated. The geologistics characteristic of Western region of Ukraine concerning the main logistics centers, highways, state border, trade flows in the region is implemented. The corresponding cartographic schemes are made. The equidistant zoning of the Western region of Ukraine concerning the main logistics centers, highways, state border, trade flows in the region is made. The good, average and 
bad spatial availability zones within the Western region of Ukraine are defined. The ways of improving the geologistics situation in Western region of Ukraine are proposed, in particular, for the effective functioning of trade flows in the region it is proposed to establish a network of distribution centers in zones with good spatial availability. All cities of the region, as logistics centers, and territories with good spatial availability, profitable location concerning highways zones and state border should maximally use its available geologistics benefits.
