Information becomes a one of main resources so efficiency of it transmitting and using depends on form of it representation. Cartographic method is a one of general in social and economic geography. Links of cartography and economy especially with investments cause the appearance of thematic maps of investment activity.
The aim of the article is investigating of investments in information technologies as object of mapping, peculiarities analysis of mapping of economic processes and phenomena, creating the map of investments dynamic in IT-technologies sphere and map of the biggest IT-companies in Ukraine.
The peculiarities of creating and using maps investments have been shown. The relationships between investment operations and information technology have been analyzed. The map of the dynamics of investment in IT and the largest IT companies in Ukraine has been presented.
The main role in development of the country and regions mean investment. Now widely used information technology in all areas of human activity so these links are very important. Map this phenomenon is well shown. Maps used in investing activities for scientific, reference purposes.
